Our service is hosted on OVH servers located in Strasbourg, France. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed and stored in this location.
When you log in using your Google account (OAuth2), you grant us access to your YouTube video catalog to manage your video descriptions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If you wish to have your data removed, please contact us and we will promptly delete all your information.
Our use of your Google user data is strictly limited to providing and improving the user-facing features of our service. We will not use this data for advertising, selling to data brokers, or any other purpose not directly related to our service functionality.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not handle payment information directly. You are responsible for managing your payment details and subscriptions through your Stripe account.
Some features may require additional data access (e.g., YouTube Analytics for A/B testing). These are optional, and you may choose not to provide this access. However, this may limit your ability to use certain features of the application.

In no event shall Sendari or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Sendari.
Sendari may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
