By accessing and using Sendari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Our application is hosted on OVH servers located in Strasbourg, France. Account data for this application is processed there. Website analytics and click tracking run on separate systems. Details are in our Privacy policy.
When you log in with Google (OAuth2), you grant us access to your YouTube video catalog so we can manage descriptions. We do not sell your personal data. If you want your data removed, contact us and we will delete it as described in the Privacy policy.
Website usage on our marketing site and dashboard, and click tracking on redirect links, are described in our Privacy policy. Creators who enable link tracking receive analytics about people who click those links, including visitors who do not have Sendari accounts.
Our use of your Google user data is strictly limited to providing and improving the user-facing features of our service. We will not use this data for advertising, selling to data brokers, or any other purpose not directly related to our service functionality.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not handle payment information directly. You are responsible for managing your payment details and subscriptions through your Stripe account.
If you turn on link tracking, people who click those links go through Sendari's tracking service before they reach the destination. We store click data as described in the Privacy policy, including IP address, user agent, referrer, browser language and a session cookie. Most of those people are YouTube viewers who do not have a Sendari account. You are responsible for how you present those links.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to finish one-time steps after registration. When someone clicks a tracked link, the tracking service may set a session cookie to group repeat visits. Simple Analytics measures page views on the marketing site and dashboard. It does not set cookies according to its documentation. Details are in the Privacy policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We regularly review and update our security practices to keep data protection current.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days. You can request data deletion by contacting us directly.
Sendari uses the YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
The materials on Sendari are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sendari makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Sendari or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Sendari.
We offer a one-time, one-month free trial with a limit of 50 video updates. The trial does not renew or repeat. After the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
Sendari may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
